- Manage a team of Account Managers and presales consultants
- Become knowledgeable in the Company’s recent acquired technologies and services.
- Build close relationships of trust with existing and potential clients across the region – be proactive in assisting your team in understanding client needs, priorities, challenges, constraints and market trends.
- Be responsible for revenue of all software sales and consultancy services in scandinavian market
- Devise and implement sales strategies that are highly revenue and margin target oriented. Monitor closely the sales pipeline for your region.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and effective
- Liaise with senior level personnel in existing and new clients, understanding strengths and weaknesses of software offerings. Leverage these business opportunities.
- Promote sales methodologies, policies and good practices.
- Work closely with marketing personnel to raise the awareness of the Company’s solutions and reputation within Scandinavian region. Be proactive in marketing at roadshows, exhibitions, conferences etc.
This is a senior level role, which will require a passion for driving software and consultancy sales to meet targets.
